Frequently asked questions
Is this temporary staffing or labour leasing?
No. We work exclusively as subcontractors under a contract for work. Our own site management leads the team – you instruct no one and need no staffing permit. You have one point of contact instead of ten individuals.
How quickly can a team be on my site?
That depends on the trade, team size and lead time – which is why we commit to a date in the first conversation rather than quote a number that won’t hold in every case. The paperwork (registration, A1) is in place before the first working day, not after.
What happens if a fitter drops out?
We provide a replacement at short notice. That is our job, not yours – it is part of the contract. You don’t have to search, onboard or register anyone.
Who is liable if work needs correcting?
We are. As the contractor we owe the result and carry business liability insurance. Corrections are at our cost, not yours.
Do the fitters speak German?
At least one person per team speaks German – that is a firm commitment, not a hope. A site does not work without reliable communication.
How do I see what is happening on site?
Every working day is documented in the portal: hours, photos, progress. You see in the evening what happened during the day and approve hours with one click. At the end you receive the complete documentation as a PDF – verifiable, also for your own client.
